## The details

- Top up from $5 to $500 anytime ($100 at a time in your first 30 days). Top-ups never expire.
- Pro and Max credits reset monthly. Team credits roll over.
- Watching, chatting, and approving are free. Turns that fail on our side don't count.
- Any purchase unlocks every model. Cancel anytime.
- Limits are per person and count all your rooms. A room's storage follows its owner's plan. Turns and previews share Poly's servers, so at busy times one may wait. Top-ups without a plan get Pro's limits.

## Common questions

**Do I need my own API key?**

No. Credits cover it.

**Do my teammates need to pay?**

Not on Team. Everyone's turns come out of one shared balance. On Pro or Max, each person pays for the turns they run. Joining, watching and approving are always free.

**How is Team priced?**

One monthly price for the whole team, based on how many credits you need, not how many people join. Talk to us and we'll size it with you.

**Which models cost more?**

Fable and GPT-6 Astra use about five times the credits of Sonnet 5.5. The model picker flags them.
