# Lovable alternatives for teams that build together

Most Lovable alternatives lists skip the team question. This one starts there.

Poly is a multiplayer AI coding workspace: a shared room where your team works with one AI agent, together. Free to start: https://usepoly.co/

**The best Lovable alternative for a team depends on how you want to build together. If several people should prompt one shared AI chat, Bolt and Figma Make do that, and Poly adds a step where any member approves each change before it lands. If each person should work separately and merge, Replit runs every task in its own copy. If you like Lovable's model of one shared credit pool with unlimited members, Base44 and Rocket price the same way. As of October 2026, none of the top-ranking Lovable alternatives lists judges tools on teamwork; this page does.** Lovable itself is still a strong team tool, so it is described first.

## Key takeaways

- One shared chat: Lovable (instructions during a run become follow-ups), Bolt (one prompt at a time, in a public project) and v0 (with Can edit access).
- Several people in the same AI conversation: Figma Make. One AI session with approval per change and a receipt per turn: Poly.
- Separate threads, merged later: Replit.
- Pricing splits three ways: shared credits with unlimited members (Lovable, Base44, Rocket, Replit Pro), per seat (v0, Bolt Teams, Figma), or the person who prompts pays (Bolt, and Poly's people who run the AI).

## What does Lovable already do for teams?

[Lovable](https://lovable.dev/pricing) workspaces have unlimited members on every plan, priced by the credits they include rather than by seats; admins can set a monthly credit limit per member. Everyone with access sees a project's chat, and since September 8, 2026, instructions sent during a run are picked up as follow-ups rather than queued. Comments pin to elements of the preview and can be sent to the agent. [Drafts](https://docs.lovable.dev/features/drafts), added September 9, 2026, give a teammate a separate copy of the project with its own chat and preview, which someone with edit access accepts. Free with daily credits; Pro from $25 a month; Business from $50 adds SSO, roles and commit attribution. [Poly vs Lovable](/poly-vs-lovable).

## Which alternatives let several people prompt the same AI?

**[Bolt](https://support.bolt.new/building/using-bolt/collaborate)** lets collaborators prompt and edit in the same project at the same time, in one shared chat, once the project is set to public. It runs one prompt at a time from a queue, and each prompt is paid from the prompter's own tokens. Free; Pro $25 a month; Teams $30 per member. **Best for:** developers who want one shared chat and don't mind a public project.

**[v0](https://v0.app/docs/sharing)** from Vercel lets a collaborator with Can edit access send and edit prompts in the same chat, though its docs recommend View and Duplicate instead. Credits are per user, with an optional shared pool. Free; Plus $30 and Business $100 per user a month. **Best for:** React and Next.js teams already on Vercel.

**[Figma Make](https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/31304412302231-Explore-Figma-Make)** lets a team work in the same conversations, leave comments and edit the generated code at the same time, with several chats in one file. It comes with Figma's Full seats, from $16 a month, each with monthly AI credits, and publishes to your organization, a public link or a custom domain. **Best for:** design teams already paying for Figma.

**Poly** puts everyone in one live session with one AI (Claude, GPT, Grok, Kimi or Muse). Each proposed change can appear as a plain-language card on every member's screen before it happens, any member can approve or reject it, and every turn ends with a receipt naming who ran it and what it cost. Free to start; $20 or $50 a month for each person who runs the AI, and everyone else is free. Its limit next to Lovable: publishing gives a static snapshot, with no hosted backend, auth or payments. **Best for:** a small group, including people who don't code, building one thing together live. ## Which alternatives keep each person separate?

**[Replit](https://docs.replit.com/core-concepts/agent/task-system)** gives each person their own threads with Replit Agent. Every task runs in its own isolated copy on a shared board, and finished work is applied back, with AI help resolving conflicts. Core $20 a month with five collaborators; Pro $100 a month flat for up to 15 collaborators, 50 viewers and 10 parallel agents, with pooled credits. **Best for:** technical teams running agents in parallel. [Poly vs Replit](/poly-vs-replit).

**[Google AI Studio](https://ai.google.dev/gemini-api/docs/aistudio-build-mode)** is the Google answer people mean in 2026: its Build mode has made full-stack apps with Firestore and Firebase Auth since March 2026, and deploys to Cloud Run. It doesn't support real-time collaborative editing; teammates get an edit link or work through GitHub sync. Firebase Studio stopped new sign-ups in June 2026 and shuts down in March 2027. **Best for:** one builder who wants Google's stack.

## Which keep Lovable's shared-credits model?

**[Base44](https://docs.base44.com/documentation/account-and-billing/about-workspaces)**, owned by Wix, has workspaces where everyone invited uses the workspace's shared credits, with roles from Owner to Viewer (Viewers can't use the AI chat) and live avatars of who is in the app; collaborators' prompts go into one shared queue. Free; paid plans from $16 a month billed annually ([Base44 vs Lovable](/base44-vs-lovable)). **Best for:** non-technical teams building internal tools on one credit pool.

**[Emergent](https://emergent.sh/pricing)** has free, $20 and $200 plans; shared team workspaces, roles, SSO and real-time co-editing come with its custom-priced Business plan. **Best for:** companies ready to buy a business plan for co-editing.

**[Rocket](https://www.rocket.new/pricing)** allows unlimited team members on every plan, priced by credits from free to $250 a month, and **[Anything](https://www.anything.com/pricing)** shows teammates' cursors and changes in real time, with unlimited collaborators on paid plans.

## How did we pick these?

The top-ranking Lovable alternatives lists, from [Superblocks](https://www.superblocks.com/blog/lovable-dev-alternatives) (August 2026), [Emergent](https://emergent.sh/learn/best-lovable-alternatives-and-competitors) (June 2026) and Balsamiq (December 2025), name Bolt, Base44, Replit and v0 most often, and none rates teamwork. We kept those four and added Figma Make, Google AI Studio and Emergent for team features. Descriptions and prices come from each vendor's public pages, opened on October 4, 2026; we have not run every tool ourselves. Poly is our product.

## Which should your team pick?

- **A non-technical team that wants hosting, auth and one shared credit pool:** stay on Lovable, or try Base44.
- **Several people prompting one chat, and a public project is fine:** Bolt.
- **A design team already on Figma:** Figma Make.
- **A React or Next.js team on Vercel:** v0.
- **A technical team running agents in parallel:** Replit.
- **A small group building one thing live, with approval before each change and a receipt per turn:** Poly.

## Common questions

**Can several people work on a Lovable project at once?**

Yes. Everyone with access sees the project chat, and instructions sent during a run are picked up as follow-ups. Drafts let a teammate work in a separate copy that someone with edit access accepts.

**Is there a Lovable alternative where the team approves each change?**

Poly can put each proposed change on every member's screen before it happens, and any member can approve or reject it. Lovable's drafts and Replit's tasks are accepted or applied as a whole.

**Does Google have a Lovable alternative?**

Google AI Studio's Build mode, full-stack since March 2026, with Firestore, Firebase Auth and deploys to Cloud Run. It doesn't support real-time collaborative editing, and Firebase Studio stopped new sign-ups in June 2026.

**Which Lovable alternatives are free to start?**

Bolt, v0, Base44, Google AI Studio, Emergent, Rocket and Poly all have free plans or free starts as of October 2026. Replit's paid plans start at $20 a month.
