Multiplayer agentic coding

Build with AI, with your
team

Poly is a shared room where you and your team build with AI — together. Everyone sees every change as it happens, and anyone can approve it, undo it, or take the wheel.

No setup — sign up and start free, no card required. Upgrade only when you outgrow the free credits.
Use cases

Built for the moments you'd normally screen-share

You and your cofounder, one screen

One of you knows code, one of you knows the customer. Both of you steer, approve, and watch the app take shape in the same room.

Showing someone how it works

Ask the AI to walk through the app while they watch. They see the real thing and the reasoning behind it, not a summary of a summary.

A team shipping in parallel

Everyone drives their own AI on their own copy, then merges when it's ready. Nobody waits their turn.

Security

It all runs somewhere safe

Poly lets an AI make real changes to a real project. Here is what keeps that safe.

Nothing runs on your computer

Every step runs in its own throwaway container on our servers — never on anyone's laptop.

No open internet

The AI can only reach an approved list of sites. The room's owner decides what's on it, and the room is asked before anything new is added.

Nothing runs unwatched

Choose how much the AI does on its own: ask before every change, ask only before commands, or plan first and wait for a yes.

Invite-only rooms

Only the people you invite can open the room, its files, or its preview.

One shared timelineEvery request and every change, in front of the whole team.
Live previewThe room gets a URL where your app actually runs.
One-click revertEvery step is saved. Undo any of them.
Per-turn receiptsWho ran it, which model, and how many credits it used.
FAQ

Common questions

Do I need an Anthropic API key?

No. Every account starts with free credits — sign up and start a room, no key and no card. When you outgrow them, plans start at $20/month and top-ups at $5 (see Pricing in the footer).

What if the AI breaks something?

Every step is saved with a readable list of exactly what changed, and any step can be undone from its receipt. You can also require a teammate's approval before anything runs at all.

Who can see my code?

Only the people you invite to that room. Rooms aren't public, aren't listed, and aren't shared between teams.

Which models can we use?

Both labs. Free accounts run Sonnet 5, Haiku 4.5 and GPT-5.6 Luna; any plan or credit top-up unlocks every model — Opus 5, Fable 5.1 and the full GPT-5.6 family. Each person picks their own model and thinking effort — your choice applies to the turns you run.

Does it work with code we already have?

Yes. Connect a GitHub repository and changes go straight into it, attributed to whoever made them. Push to a branch or open a pull request when you're ready.

Is it really multiplayer, or just shared history?

Really multiplayer. Requests, approvals, the AI's questions and chat are live for everyone in the room, and anyone can steer it or stop it mid-flight.
